Every residential project is unique, as the design is customized to the homeowner's personal values.  Various components influence the proposed design, such as the size of lot, existing conditions, and the desired program.  It is our role to provide a design proposal and guidance that fulfills these values.

We have completed many residential projects varying in sizes, from minor interior renovations, to additions, and new builds.  We also provide design services to obtain building permits in order to fulfill compliance work orders issued by city inspectors.
