Located in the basement of the historic Thornton-Smith Building, this once removed storage space has been recently converted into a mixed-use, lounge and small gathering space. Complete with a 3-piece bathroom, a bedroom and a wine bar, guests can unwind within this intimate space.
Having the building passed down from generations of ownership, the current owner pays his respects to John M. Lyle, a prestigious Canadian architect, by dedicating his space in his name. Lyle is acclaimed for designing Toronto's Union Station, the Royal Alexandra Theatre and the Thornton-Smith Building to name a few.
