Founded in 2012, Project 708 is a inter-disciplinary architectural design practice based in Toronto, Ontario. With the continued growth and the diversification of the city's culture, urban, and heritage, our studio offers critical insight and architectural explorations involved in every project.
Each project has its own unique set of contextual differences and characteristics. Program, site, function and the history are essential to understand the design. A collective balance of the experience, material, colour, light, built form and detail all interacting collaboratively creates the final design. Utilizing the latest computer technologies to create cutting edge 3D photo-realistic visualizations, every project begins to create meaning through digital representation. Based on these visuals we can determine contingencies not noticeable from 2D drawings. Ultimately, saving the project time and money.
Project 708 strongly believes in unity. A collaboration between individuals or teams diverse in backgrounds, cultures, and experiences create overlapping design disciplines. To purposely share thoughts and conceptual ideas that extend beyond traditional architecture that challenges traditional principles. We are grateful to have given the opportunity to partner with other Architects, Interior Designers and conceptual designers.
